Faizan has spent his career working with family and founder-owned companies: buying them, sitting down with the owners who stayed on, and helping run the business when it needed a steady hand. Faizan wanted to go back to his entrepreneurial roots and build something of his own.

Joe has spent his career partnering with nearly a dozen management teams through investments or board roles. He’s worked closely with the teams to help drive their growth initiatives and scale their businesses over time, achieving six exits over the last ten years. He wanted the chance to put all his time and effort into one business rather than a share of it across a portfolio.

An owner-operator himself. He bought Greenwise, a Chicago-area organic lawn care company, grew it, and sold it to Perennial Services Group, where he is now COO.

35+ years running companies as CEO, COO, and CFO. He took East Coast Warehouse from a regional operation to one of the country's leading logistics providers, quadrupling profit along the way. Before that he spent years turning around struggling companies.

25+ years investing in private and public companies. A former Managing Director at Equity Group Investments, where she led investments and ran the Zell Credit Opportunities Fund. She sits on the board of Terex Corporation (NYSE: TEX).
