If you fill in the contact form we receive your name, email address, company, the buyer type you selected, and your message. If you sign up for our perspectives we receive your email address. We use this to reply to you and, where you have asked for it, to send you our written guides. We do not sell it. The calculator is anonymous. Your answers and the range they produce are recorded without your name, your email address, or any identifier that ties the entry back to you or to your browsing on this site. We look at those answers only in aggregate, to understand which questions are useful and to improve the tool.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and move through this site. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data including your approximate location, device and browser, and the pages you view. Information collected by Google Analytics may be transferred to and stored by Google. You can read more in Google's privacy policy.
We also use HubSpot, our customer relationship system, which sets a cookie identifying your browser so that if you later get in touch we can see which pages brought you to us. You can read more in HubSpot's privacy policy.
These load when you visit the site. If you would rather not be tracked, most browsers let you block or clear cookies for a single site, and browser privacy settings or extensions can block analytics outright. The forms on this site work normally either way.
We keep enquiries for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing contact@ascend-co.com.
